Week 4

Another bad week with the weather with Snow moving in from mid-week only nice day this week was Tuesday however the feeders have been busy this week with once again plenty of Blue and Great Tit about with Blackbird, Robin and a Coal Tit thrown in.

Black headed and Common Gulls can still be seen passing thru and once again the Kestrel has been present. In the wood a pair of Bullfinch have been seen and Tawny Owls heard calling early morning, the bird highlight this week has been a flock of winter thrush Redwing mainly with an odd Fieldfare thrown in, and last but not least was a Grey Heron seen dropping in to the brook, no Siskin were seen this week and no photos taken 😦
